US Benefits

Medical Insurance

Employees and their qualified dependents may choose from HMO and HDHP with an HRA plan options.

Dental Insurance

Coverage for preventive, basic, major and orthodontia services is available to employees and their qualified dependents.

Vision Insurance

Employees and their qualified dependents may elect coverage for periodic eye exams, frames and eyeglass lenses, or contact lenses.

Domestic Partner Benefits

Coverage is available for qualified same-sex and opposite-sex domestic partners of employees for medical, dental, vision and voluntary life insurance.

Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts

Participants set aside funds on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health and/or dependent care expenses during the year.

Life and AD&D Insurance

Company paid basic life and AD&D insurance is provided for qualified employees. Voluntary life and AD&D insurance is also available for employees, their spouse, and/or dependent children.

Employee Assistance Program

Employees and their qualified dependents may participate in the Work/Life Program, which provides clinical counseling and life management services designed to address personal, financial, phase-of-life, marital, family, and work-related issues.

401(k) Plan

Provides employees with an opportunity to save and invest for the future through pre-tax payroll deferrals.

Paid Time Off

Paid time off program includes company-paid holidays, sick days, and an attractive vacation accrual component for eligible employees.

Parental Leave

Provides employees with limited paid time off to be used for the birth or adoption of a dependent child within one year of the birth or adoption.

Salary Continuation

Salary continuation benefits are provided to employees during the first 60 days of a qualified, non-work related disability.

Long Term Disability

Income protection is provided to employees disabled and unable to work for longer than 90 days.

Business Travel Accident Insurance

Provides employees with coverage if death or other covered loss results from an accident while traveling on company-paid business.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

Provides savings on federal, state and social security taxes on certain IRS-approved transportation expenses.

Provides qualified employees with a generous cash award for the referral of candidates who are subsequently hired by the company and complete certain service obligations.

UK Benefits

Health Insurance Scheme

The Company operates a Permanent Health Insurance Scheme that provides protection to a portion of the employeeÕs income in the event of the employee being off work due to ill health for more than twenty six weeks.

Healthcare Foresight Plan

The Company operates the Westfield Healthcare Foresight Plan which is a cash benefit which allows the employee to claim up to 100% of the maximum allowance in one year for approved benefits. The Company provides level one membership which entitles the employee to a number of benefits for them.

BUPA Discount

The Company has arranged a corporate discount rate to allow staff to avail of BUPA membership at a reduced rate.

Childcare Voucher Scheme

The Company operates a childcare voucher scheme through Employers for Childcare, which employees with parental responsibility are eligible to join subject to meeting the terms and conditions of the scheme. This is a salary sacrifice scheme, meaning that employees choose to receive part of their monthly salary in the form of childcare vouchers which are then used to pay for registered childcare.

Group Personal Pension Plan

The Company operates a Group Personal Pension Plan which all permanent employees are eligible to join after three months service. The Company will contribute a % your base salary into the plan and you may make personal contributions up to levels specified within Inland Revenue guidelines.

Life Insurance

Company paid scheme that provides life cover for the employee in the event of the employeeÕs death during their employment.

Annual Holiday Leave

In addition to customary annual holidays the Company also offers all new employees a generous annual holiday entitlement.

Corporate Fitness Program

The Company operates a gym membership subsidy scheme for those employees located in the UK.
