With our partners, KANA brings to market solutions that meet the diverse requirements of our customers and provides maximum return on investment. Our partner catalog includes:

Global Strategic Alliances — KANA and these companies have established mutual commitments at the highest corporate level. Our Global Strategic Alliance partners typically work with KANA in a variety of ways and therefore can also be found listed under several partner types.

Regional Alliances — These alliances provide added value to KANA solutions through consulting, implementation, systems integration and/or resale and support.

Technology Partners — Our Technology Partners develop and sell products and solutions that are complementary to KANA products or on which KANA products run.

Partner Levels
KANA engages with three levels of partners: Global Strategic, Premier Partner and Strategic Partner. The higher the level of partnership, the greater the mutual commitment is to establishing a successful relationship.

  • Global Strategic Alliances - KANA establishes relationships with a few highly significant alliances on a truly global basis. Strategic Global Alliances are unique in that both companies commit key strategic resources toward developing a powerful alliance in the market. Senior level executives are involved in these global relationships with a goal to develop, market and sell joint solutions to mutual customers and establish broad market coverage. Analysts and market influencers recognize these companies as the top global market leaders. Both parties in the relationship are committed to generating significant KANA-related revenue. The criteria and benefits over and above those of a Strategic Partner are negotiated individually.
  • Premier Partners - Premier Partners offer industry-leading solutions to customers and are committed to KANA at a very high level. Development licenses, support services, discounts on training, field engagement and joint business planning are some of the benefits partners receive at this level.
  • Strategic Partners - Strategic Partners are invited by KANA to this level. They have a high degree of business synergy with KANA and generally cover a broad market. Partners at this level receive dedicated account management with senior executive involvement, joint marketing and a high level of visibility with KANA and its customers.
